Our newly built, fully-equipped apartments are located in a villa in close proximity to the botanical gardens of Zlatni rt Park, and only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach Kuvi, are available for renting all year round.
We offer apartments from 2 to 8 people.

The apartments are available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival, to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The apartments are rented for a minimum of 5 days in the period from 01.07.-01.09.
To make a reservation, please deposit a 30% advance payment into our foreign currency account.

The town of Rovinj and its 10 islands, their pleasant micro-climate and year round abundant sunny days, offer the opportunity to bathe in the sea and sunbathe in beautiful natural surroundings.
Other activities include long walks along the coast in the shade of pine trees, hiking in the picturesque heart of the Istrian peninsula, and bike riding by the Adriatic. You may also decide to experience the charms of in-land wine roads and enjoy gastronomic delights of the traditional Istrian cuisine.
